However, I do have other recommended MADE IN USA units that work just as efficiently! the only difference is, I am able to get them at a lower cost for you! Let's Call the distributor together and see how much your new unit will cost you. I will turn off the power to your old unit and then safely recover any refrigerant from it before actually taking it apart. Once the old unit is removed, your new one will be installed. Depending on the scope of the project, duct work may need to be repaired or replaced as well to ensure you get the most efficiency out of your new system. If you have a R-22 system lets keep that GOLDEN EGG running efficiently as long as we can! we all know the Ol saying, "They don't make em like they used to!" Since they may still manufacture the parts!

Warranty

  • Most units when registered after installation carry a 10 year parts warranty and if not registered a 5 year parts warranty at the maximum. All systems put in by me gets registered in your name for the maximum warranty your brand carries. I also offer an exclusive "Zac's labor warranty" up to 12 years from installation that the manufacturer does not cover.
  • +$8726 for full 12 year

Lifetime Maintenance

A properly installed/maintained 2024+ HVAC unit lifespan is 10-12 years before a typical $5k major repair is needed. That's why I encourage you to choose self-employed Hvac technicians instead of major company's.
